steps to get a driver's license in Nigeria

Do you know that the updated version of the Nigeria’s drivers’ license is recognized and can be used in three states in the U.S.A and seven countries in Europe? While relevant authorities are working on expanding its scope all around the world, Nigerians at home wait on long queues at the FRSC to get their licenses. The Nigerian drivers’ license is not only used for authenticating individuals’ driving abilities. It is also used for identification purposes across different sectors in the Nigerian economy.

Do you know how to get a new driver’s license? Here are the 9 steps:

1. Get training at an accredited driving school.

2. The driving school will present you after your training to a VIO (Vehicle Inspection Officer) for a driving test

3. If you pass the test, you will obtain a certificate of proficiency from the VIO

4. At the Drivers’ License Center (DLC), you will be given a driver’s license application form for you to complete.

5. The cost of the new driver’s license is N6,000 to be paid at the bank. Print the acknowledgment slip containing your transaction number and payment details and pay at the bank.

6. Present your completed application form to the Board of Internal Revenue (BIR) officer and VIO at the DLC for endorsement.

7. Then go to the FRSC Officer at the DLC for your biometric data capture

8. Get a temporary driver’s license valid for 60 days

9. After 60 days, pick up your original driver’s license at the BIR Office.

MOST OF OUR YOUNG MEN ARE GETTING MARRIED OUTSIDE THE TOWN...

Arondizuogu ladies were known for so many things back then ..
most of them were hardworking, very industrious, very pretty too and every other things that comes with being a complete woman...they were smart, intelligent , very submissive and great cooks

But today, can the same be said about the ladies in Arondizuogu?
i doubt because most of the young men i know prefer to go elsewhere to find wives
we see more women coming from Enugu, Anambra and Abia in our town as wives .
what could be the cause of this?

is it that our ladies are no longer pretty enough or they are not hardworking?

please, i want to know the problem with the ladies and the problem with the men as well because i noticed most ladies marry outside the town as well.

EVIL SEED

Jesus gave a parable of a man who planted good seeds, and while he slept an enemy came and planted weeds in the midst of the good seeds. He allowed the good seeds and the weeds to grow together until the harvest day. This parable applies to the church. In the church, we find bad mixed with good. Every congregation has members whose sexual conduct is embarrassing – or whose business ethics are questionable – or who treat people unkindly – or who advocate questionable doctrine. These are people who have been named witches and occultist in the church. There are also those who are conspicuously wicked. We should not be discouraged or surprised to observe all these. They are sure to happen. The enemy is still busy planting his dangerous seeds within the church. The church is made up of saints and sinners.
When the servants of the land owner wanted to remove the weeds from among the seeds, the master did not allow him because there was danger of pulling away both the good and the bad. “the servants asked him, do you want us to go and gather them up?” but he said, ‘No, lest perhaps while you gather up the darnel weeds, you root up the wheat with them’” (Mt 13: 28-29). In this parable, Jesus calls us to patience and faith –patience with those who fail to meet up with the standard. It is possible that they will pick up one day. Maybe there is a sermon they need to listen to so they can repent. It is possible that their day of metanoia is coming. Jesus calls us to withhold action lest we create more problems than we solve—lest we destroy the good with bad – lest we “root up the wheat along with them (the weeds).” We are also taught by his parable not to be judgmental. Jesus already has advised us not to judge so we wouldn’t be judged. It is only God who is in the position to judge. There are cases when people we condemn are better than we are. Some of them have some fantastic qualities that we don’t have. Therefore, why condemn them? However, it is not that we should drop all efforts to maintain integrity in the church. As we try to keep the church pure, we should know that God is the supreme judge and sees better than we do. He should be at the center of all our decisions.

This parable applies to us individually. The weeds are the works of the devil in our lives. Sometimes you wonder how some vices develop in your life. You wonder how certain problems came up into your family and how things begin to go the wrong way in your life. It must have been the enemy that has planted the seed in you. The best thing to do is to approach God. He is our supreme judge and knows better than we do. He knows better how to handle our problems and challenges.

WALK IN FAITH

There are times when all you get out of life are discouragements. At times, it will look as though troubles in life have decided to locate you.
This reminds me of a man who had narrated his story to me some time ago. He had just received a call from the local police station to come and identify the corpse of his seven years old daughter crushed in a ghastly motor accident on her way back from school. He raced nervously to the station along with his teenage son. But as soon as his son caught sight of his dead sister, he collapsed. Reviving him wasn’t an easy thing at all. He was eventually rushed to the intensive care unit in a nearby hospital. The father, who was by now besieged by distress and pain decided to rush home and get a few things that the son would need. Just five minutes into the journey another ordeal broke upon the man and his driver. What was it? Armed robbers! The dare devils didn’t appear keen on doing more harm. All they wanted was the car. So in a few seconds, the man was pushed out of the car and was left in the cold, while the driver was ordered at gunpoint to drive the robbers away. For this man, it did appear that everything was against him. He was being beaten by the waves and the wind was seriously against him. He battled it in faith and the Lord saw him through.
Does it seem like the winds of life are tugging at you? And the waves are beating you? Even if it does, don’t worry because you are not alone in that experience.
Just arise up your head and you will see Jesus walking on the sea in front of you. He has the solution to your problems. Indeed, sorrows may endure through the night but in the morning there will be joy. Never allow your faith to dwindle. Just hold on to the Lord. Believe, like peter that whatever Jesus tells you to do is best.

Summon the courage to take the various steps of faith that Jesus might want you to take. Don’t listen to the wind; listen to the command of Jesus. Look up to Jesus the author and finisher of your faith. Don’t doubt what the lord can do through you. The wind in your life will obey Jesus if you walk in faith.
