HEALTH ISSUES. (READ!!!)

The rate at which young people are suffering from Kidney disease is alarming.We recently lost a dear brother to this condition.I am sharing a post which can help us.Please read below:

🚫IMPORTANT 🚫
KIDNEY DESERVES THE BEST
Barely two (2) days ago, we all received the news of the demise of
the Nigerian actor as a result of kidney disease. ALSO OUR MINISTER OF PUBLIC WORKS, the Honorable Teko Lake is currently in the Hospital on life support with Kidney problems. I want to
show you how to avert this menace of kidney disease. SO HERE ARE THE TOP 6 CAUSE OF
KIDNEY DISEASE:
1. Delaying going to a toilet Keeping your urine in your bladder for
too long is a bad idea. A full bladder can cause bladder damage.
The urine that stays in the bladder multiplies bacteria quickly.
Once the urine refluxes back to the ureter and kidneys, the toxic
substances can result in kidney infections, then urinary tract
infections, and then nephritis, and even uremia. When nature calls
– do it as soon as possible.
2. Eating too much salt,You should eat no more than 5.8 grams of
salt daily.
3. Eating too much meat. Too much protein in your diet is harmful
for your kidneys. Protein digestion produces ammonia – a toxin
that is very destructive to your kidneys. More meat equals more
kidney damage.
4. Drinking too much caffeine Caffeine is a component of many
sodas and soft drinks. It raises your blood pressure and your
kidneys start suffering. So you should cut down the amount of
coke you drink daily.
5. Not drinking water. Our kidneys should be hydrated properly to
perform their functions well. If we don’t drink enough, the toxins
can start accumulating in the blood, as there isn’t enough fluid to
drain them through the kidneys. Drink more than 10 glasses of
water daily. There is an easy way to check if you are drinking
enough water: look at the colour of your urine; the lighter the
colour, the better.
6. Late treatment . Treat all your health problems properly and
have your health checked regularly. Let's help ourselves...God will
protect you and your family from every disease this year.
(3) Avoid these Tablets, they are very dangerous:
* D-cold
* Vicks Action-500
* Actified
* Coldarin
* Cosome
* Nice
* Nimulid
* Cetrizet-D
They contain Phenyl Propanol-Amide PPA. Which causes Strokes

A MESSAGE FROM REINHARD BONNKE.

Hanging on the cross, Jesus appeared to be anything but powerful. Mocked by the crowds, tortured by the soldiers, deserted by his friends, slowly bleeding to death, Jesus was utterly helpless. Yet it was from this cross of weakness that God released His awesome power. How can this be? One way to picture it is through nuclear physics. In every atom, positive and negative forces hold together in balance. But when the atom splits, positive divides from negative, unleashing great force either for destruction or benefit. Something like this happened on the cross. As he hung there, Jesus experienced two opposing forces in himself – the negative of our sins and the positive of God’s love. Though Jesus was the holy, perfect Son of God, he was made “sin for us” on the cross. There he became the cosmic center where all evil and goodness converged. Finally, like a splitting atom, the negative forces dispersed when Jesus overcame evil, releasing new powers of righteousness and resurrection. Within three days this new power exploded like a nuclear blast when Christ gloriously and triumphantly rose from the dead. Evil, death, guilt and fear were conquered, while the saving power of God’s love was released for everyone who asks for it. God bless you. REINHARD BONNKE

Happy Sunday

"Consider the lilies how they grow" said Robert Collier. The flowers, the birds, all of creation, are incessantly active. The trees and flowers in their growth, the birds and wild creatures in building their nests and finding substance are always working - but never worrying.                                                                                             If all would agree to give up worrying - to be industrious, but never anxious about the outcome it would mean the beginning of a new era in human progress, an age of liberty, and of freedom from bondage.                                                                                        May the good Lord save us from useless worries and anxiety and grant us peace and tranquility in Jesus mighty name - amen.
Happy Sunday fella!
May the joy be with you.

A Lonely World

This is a problem, I can't even get myself anything. This world really is a lonely place. To whom shall I turn to except God the Father Almighty. Opportunities are not even laid bare to me. Anytime I want to move there is this stop why why why are these things happening to me. I feared the age 25 now that fear has come to hunt me.

Rape!!!!

It's been discovered that the 4 and 7 year-old sisters who were raped by a butcher, who lives in Lagos, were infected with Sexually Transmitted Disease. Parents of the victims said that their daughters' private parts were decaying and now discharges a liquid substance.
Aminu Umar, 42, an abattoir from Kano who lives in Lagos, was arrested following multiple assaults on the underage girls.
According to reports, Umar, who lived at 5 Salako street in Oko- Oba in Lagos, in the same compound as his victims' family, was known to return early from work each day. Upon his return, he would lure the girls into his house with Bobo drinks then have sex with them.
The rape continued for so long until the day the mother tried to give her 7-year-old daughter a bath and the girl cried out in pain. It was then she confided in her mother that Umar would always remove their clothes when the parents were not around, put them on his bed and insert his manhood into their vagina. The mother checked the private part of both girls and noticed bruises consistent with forced penetration. P.M. Express reports that the matter was then reported to the Police and Umar was arrested and charged to court.
He pleaded not guilty but informed the court that his wife was not living with him. The presiding Magistrate, Mrs Davis Abegunde granted him bail in the sum of N1m with two sureties in like sum. Umar was remanded in prison pending when he will fulfil his bail conditions. The matter was adjourned till 26 June 2017 for hearing.
The parents of the victims are afraid their kids may have contracted HIV because the wounds in their vagina have refused to heal despite all the drugs they've been taking.

American sent to kirikiri prison in Nigeria

American sent to Kirikiri Prison for allegedly duping 3 Nigerians of $565,000

An Ikeja high court on Thursday remanded an American citizen, Marco Ramirez, at Kirikiri Maximum Prison for allegedly defrauding three Nigerians in a $565,000 green card and investment scam.

Ramirez, arraigned by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, was remanded following his not-guilty plea to a 16-count charge of obtaining money under false pretences.

O. Aigboje, the EFCC prosecutor, alleged that the accused, managing director of three companies – USA Now Plc., Eagleford Instalodge Group and USA Now Capital Group – committed the offences between February 2013 and August 2013.

Aigboje said Ramirez fraudulently received $545,000 from Godson Echejue to invest in his company, Eagleford Instalodge Group, in order to procure an American green card (residence permit) for him (Echejue).

He also allegedly received $10,000 from Abubakar Umar through a non-existent investment programme in the US, which was billed to make Umar eligible to obtain an American passport.

The EFCC also accused Ramirez of illegally receiving 10,000 dollars from one Olukayode Sodimu under the pretext that the funds were facilitation fees with the American immigration services for an American green card.

After Ramirez took his plea, Aigboje requested that he be taken from the custody of EFCC to prison custody.

“There are no bed spaces available in the commission. I apply that the defendant be remanded in prison custody,” she said.

Chukwudi Maduka, the defence counsel, in his submission, requested that Ramirez be kept in the custody of EFCC and not in the custody of the Nigerian Prison Service.

“Ever since my client has been in the custody of the EFCC, we are just seeing this charge for the very first time today,” he said.

“He is already on EFCC bail in Abuja and his International passport has been forfeited as part of his bail conditions. We will like to file an application for his bail today.

“We pray that the defendant be remanded in the custody of the EFCC pending the time my Lord hears the bail application.”

Josephine Oyefeso, the judge, however, rejected Maduka’s request and ordered that Ramirez be remanded in prison.

“The proper place for remand is prison custody and I so order,” she ruled.

“The case is, hereby, adjourned to July 3 for hearing of the defendant’s bail application.”

Facebook

To combat the spread of terror-related content online, Facebook announced Thursday that it will bolster its automated and human-powered efforts to flag and take down extremists posts, and will develop data-sharing systems across its family of social media and messaging apps.

“Making Facebook a hostile place for terrorists is really important to us,” said Monika Bickert, Facebook's head of global policy management.

Facebook announced earlier this year that it would increase its community operations team by 3,000, increasing the number of people who review flagged posts on the social network, including instances of bullying, hate speech and terrorism. One hundred and fifty employees at Facebook count counterterrorism as their primary responsibility, the company said.

Facebook also will deploy artificial intelligence to weed out extremist content. Through image matching, AI can keep certain images and videos that have been flagged from being uploaded again. The company is also building an algorithm that aims to analyze written text to keep terrorism-related language off the platform. But Facebook acknowledged that human expertise is key to its new measures. “AI allows us to remove the black-and-white cases very, very quickly,” said Brian Fishman, the lead policy manager for counterterrorism at Facebook. But he added that human experts are better at analyzing the context of a post, and in grappling with the evolving methods used to bypass Facebook's counterterrorism measures.

Systems to block accounts of terrorists across the flagship social network and its sister apps, Instagram and WhatsApp, are also being developed. Facebook declined to say what types of customer data will be shared between its apps, but said that cross-platform systems being developed for counterterrorism purposes are separate from its commercial data sharing.

In recent years, Facebook has been criticized for not doing enough to combat propaganda and extremist content online. After the terrorist attack in London this month, British Prime Minister Theresa May attacked Web companies for providing a “safe space” for people with violent ideologies. Under pressure from governments around the world, the tech industry has responded to this type of criticism before. Facebook, Twitter, Google and Microsoft said they would begin sharing unique digital fingerprints of flagged images and video, to keep them from resurfacing on different online platforms.

In a separate post Thursday morning, Facebook said it will be seeking public feedback and sharing its own thinking on thorny issues, including the definition of fake news, the removal of controversial content, and what to do with a person's online identity when they die.

HONDA ATTACK

The WannaCry worm is still alive. Honda said this week that it was forced to halt production for one day at its Sayama plant near Tokyo after finding the WannaCry ransomware in its computer network.

This virus is the same one that infected over one million machines worldwide after taking advantage of security holes in some Microsoft products. According to a Honda spokesperson, about 1,000 units were not produced as planned at the plant when WannaCry attacked several older production line computers, causing them to shut down. The Sayama plant produces models such as the Accord sedan and Odyssey and StepWagon minivan models.

Production at other Honda plants had not been affected with regular operations resuming at the Sayama plant this week. Honda discovered that the virus had infected networks across Japan, Europe, North America and China, despite moves to secure its systems in mid-May when WannaCry caused widespread disruption worldwide.

Nissan and Renault were also affected by the cyber attack last month, forcing them to temporarily stop production at plants in Japan, Britain, India, France and Romania.

WannaCry has infected companies using aging technology and outdated software and this appears to be what transpired at Honda’s Sayama plant.

Cyber security company Kryptos Logic said last week that it had dealt with 60 million infection attempts from WannaCry of the past month.

Intelligence agencies have linked the virus infections to a hacking group associated with North Korea and say that the threat of further attacks still looms.

THE WORD

You've been craving for recognition and acknowledgment and yet to no avail. People have not noticed you. Even calls and text messages from family and friends are not forthcoming. You are just there. Perhaps they've not noticed you because you've not tried or done something different. What if you dare to create something anew? What about creating something unique that's productive and useful that people will know and remember you for? Our thoughts and imaginations are the only real limits to our possibilities. Within us are infinite powers seeking expressions. We can be what we will to be. "Think Truth Regardless of Appearance (TTRA)".
May the joy be with you.                                                                                   Good morning and do have a lovely day.

MORNING DIGEST

A young man was discussing an issue with his friend who sat near him in a public transport bus. This subject of discussion drew the attention of everyone in the bus and raised a hot debate amongst passengers.
The young man narrated how one of his co-workers was sacked because she had a wedding over the weekend without inviting her boss or associates. The only person she was reported to have invited was her friend who sits next to her desk in the office.
The boss got wind of it and was furious. The week after the wedding, the lady was sacked.
Passengers had different opinions, some felt it was unfair to have relieved the young lady of her job considering the fact that she just got married, others felt the boss’ decision was too harsh but only a few agreed with the decision.
Would you have also taken same action or perhaps feel less bothered due to the fact she had been able to show she is diligent, efficient and passionate towards realizing the goal of the organization?
In order not to be hasty in taking decisions, Let us look at some of the arguments the lady may put forward;
The young lady may not want to mix business with personal affairs and the fact she felt all she owed the company was her efficiency and effectiveness and not to share personal milestones such as her wedding, naming ceremony etc. with people she did not necessarily regard as friends.
From the perspective of the boss, she may probably not want to deal with such a secretive employee. Due to this, the boss may feel that such an employee would be more likely to commit a grievous offence or align with competitors. She may also have felt that sacking her was more of a precautionary measure more than anything else.
Probably, the boss took it personal and felt offended at the fact that the employee considered her irrelevant or unimportant to be invited for such an important day in her life.
There may also be other excuses we have not explored. But the question is, what would you have done if you were in the boss’ shoes?

THE REMARKABLE POWER OF HABIT

I was at lunch the other day, when someone said to the group, “As you get older, it becomes increasingly important that you take care of your health.”
Then another person chimed in, “We all know what to do….we just don’t do it!”
Whether it’s working out, eating right, going back to school, starting a business, or spending time with the family, these words consistently ring true in our lives: “We all know what to do, we just don’t do it!”
But, why don’t we do it?
As that last statement was made during this lunch conversation, the following words came into my mind…words that I have previously quoted many times: I heard the words, “Your habits, will take you further than your desires.”
Your habits…
You can desire something, we all desire things, but unless you have the corresponding habits to support those desires, your desires are nothing more than foolish dreams.
To succeed, you have to intentionally create the habits that align with the goal that you are trying to achieve. There are specific habits that are aligned with the achievement of every goal, put those habits into practice, and you will achieve the goal automatically — just as sure as the sun rises in the east and lays it’s head to rest in the west; fail to setup the proper habits, and success will not cease to elude you.
As an example, if your goal is to go back to school to get your degree, you need to create a few habits first. You need to create the habit of prioritizing your school work, you need to create the habit of studying, and you need to create the habit of going to class – you must form these habits in order to be successful in this endeavor.
Habits are like a bridge, they take time to build, but once they’re built, you can travel to your destination with ease.
As you know, success isn’t built on good intentions, great ideas, or the best laid plans of mice and men, success is built and sustained through the remarkable power of habit.
For any goal to be achieved, there’s usually three critical habits that must be in place. Three habits will determine your success.
So tell me, what are the three activities that you should be performing consistently in order to achieve your next goal?
Whatever it is, write it down, commit to practice these activities until they become habits, and soon your habits, will take you to your desires.
Like a train track, your habits will take you to your destination.
And I’ll close with this little secret: “When the proper habits become fully ingrained, it will be harder for you not to achieve the goal, than to achieve the goal.” So put the right habits in place today, so we can watch you succeed tomorrow.
Mr. Self Development

MORNING DIGEST

In a process of working on your dream you are going to incur and incur a lot of disappointment, a lot of failure, a lot of pain, a lot of setbacks, a lot of defeats but in the process of doing that you will discover some things about yourself that you don't know right now.
What you will realize is that you have greatness within you, what you will realize is that you are more powerful than you can ever begin to imagine, what you will realize is that you are greater than your circumstances, that you do not have to go through life being a victim.
