PRAYER

Do not withhold your mercy from us , O Lord.
May your love and your truth always protect us.
For troubles without number surround us.
Our sins are more than the hairs of our head.
And our hearts fail within us.
Be pleased to save us O Lord.
O Lord, come quickly to help us.
May those who seek to take our lives be put to shame and confusion.
May those who desire our ruin be turned back in disgrace.
May all those who laugh at us be appalled by their own shame.
Always help us to remember that without You, we are nothing but dust of the earth.
