WISDOM

· Education without God makes clever devils

· Never love a friend like a flower, because it will die in the seed. Love a friend like a river because it flows forever.

· The pride of an old man is his grey hair and that of a young man is his strength. The strength is not in the number of times he falls but in the number of times he is able to rise again after falling.

· Humility is the acceptance of the possibility that someone else can teach you something else you do not know about yourself. Conversely, pride and arrogance, close the door of the mind.

· Obstacles are those frightful things you see when you take your mind off your goal.

· The teaching of politics is that the government; which was set for the protection and comfort of all good citizens; becomes the principal obstruction and nuisance with which we have to contend.

· The real essence of life becomes a mirage when such life is lived in isolation from the Maker.

· Life without success and failure is an unbalanced.

· Kind words can be short and easy to speak but their echoes are truly endless.

· What we call failure is not the falling down but the staying down.

· You can judge a wise man by the number of times he avoids the path of quarrel with his wife.

· Service is the rent we pay for being. It is the very purpose of life and not something you do in your spare time.

· Private faces in public place are wiser and nicer than public faces in private places.

· Some joys are better expressed in silence as a smile holds more meaning than laughter.

· Face your Pharaoh; he does not have choice than to let you go. Snob your Herod, he is too small for you. No one can stop a destined child like you.
