LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR AS YOURSELF ...this sounds easy when you do not understand the meaning of love. love is the least understood word but mostly used.
love can be simply explained though
DO UNTO OTHERS WHAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE DONE TO YOU.
When we begin to understand this statement and apply it in every part of our lives, that's when we get a glimpse of what it means to love someone.
Its easy to say "i love you" until you have to make a sacrifice for someone; until you have to give up something that has become part of you just to accommodate someone.
Of course this would be easier when the feeling is mutual but nevertheless, We should understand the origin of love which is God and the perfect example of love which was given by Jesus Christ. Only then would we understand that love doesn't need mutuality to work.it doesn't need reason.It is the one difficult virtue (understatement) rarely found but demanded from all. It is a prerequisite for eternal salvation.
