BENEFITS OF SLEEPING NAKED



Your body temperature has to drop a half of a degree in order for you to fall into a sound sleep. This is same reason it's difficult to sleep with sweats on. The less clothing, the lower your body temperature is.

Leaving tight material, such as underwear, over your private parts at all times can lead to developing bacteria, such as Yeast Infections. Especially if you sweat when you sleep. Let things air out down there whenever you have the opportunity. Night time is the perfect time to do so.


Who wouldn't want to be around their partner naked for extended periods of time every night of their lives? An added bonus, is the intimacy benefits that come along with skin to skin contact while laying in bed.

No need for an alarm clock to rise early when you're naked. It may be a psychological thing, but people tend to get up and start their morning routine a lot quicker. You don't have the mental barrier of taking off clothing.


By sleeping naked, you'll be in a cooler environment, which will cause you to fall asleep quicker and rest better through the night. The sufficient rest will boost your metabolism and aid in weight loss during the day.

Being naked isn't always relaxing, but when you're in the privacy of your home, in your bedroom, it definitely is! By sleeping naked and getting better rest throughout the night, you can wake up in the morning feeling better energized and ready to take on the day without feeling tired. And having to do important things when you're tired, is stressful.
